Job Title: Digital Test Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Digital Test Engineer to join our team at Morson Talent. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the coordination and delivery of all testing activities to support and deliver R&D projects to market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate multiple large and/or small projects to ensure they are delivered to the project schedule, including arranging feedback hearings, interrogating data, and summarising project proposals.
  • Test vehicle systems and products through digital and/or physical evaluation.
  • Work closely with all areas of R&D to plan, prepare, and manage delivery and reporting of testing of projects.
  • Prepare and issue necessary documentation to the business according to the project schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage project documentation.
  • Analyse and present testing status and concerns utilising proprietary systems to Milestone Meetings and Chief Vehicle Engineer.
Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline with a minimum of 3 years industry experience, preferably in an automotive testing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to review and challenge information and data.
  • Excellent communication and administration skills to manage project documentation and coordinate engineering project activities.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 with particular emphasis on Excel, Powerpoint, Project, Outlook, Sharepoint, and Word.
  • Knowledge and experience of the Automotive industry is desirable.
