About the Role
GKN Aerospace is a leading global supplier of systems and components to the aerospace industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at our Filton site.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team delivering 24/7 maintenance to a CNC machine shop
- Ensure PPM is completed on time while supporting with operational requirements
- Drive asset uptime and reliability through tactical and strategic activities
- Drive HSE culture and ensure all requirements are met
- Support quality and manufacturing engineering in delivering right first time components
- Collect and analyse data to support continuous improvement activities
- Manage financial budget to maximise value
- Manage contractors and ensure services are delivered in line with expectations
- Planning and management of maintenance and overhauls
- Drive TPM
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a talented individual with excellent organisational and verbal and non-verbal communication skills, a positive can-do attitude, and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team. You will have a data-driven approach and be flexible in your approach.
