Transformative SEN Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious SEN Teacher to lead the development of our brand-new Additional Resource Provision (ARP) in Harlow. This innovative initiative aims to provide top-tier support for children with autism, and we need a dedicated professional to drive its success.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tailored teaching strategies to support pupils with a wide range of learning difficulties, including dyslexia, dyspraxia, Down Syndrome, dyscalculia, Global Development Delay, and autism.
  • Collaborate with school staff to create inclusive learning environments and develop personalized curricula, particularly for children with autism.
  • Lead and develop the ARP, working closely with an experienced SEND team and external specialists to establish a best-in-class provision.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to staff across the school, helping them adapt their teaching strategies to better meet the needs of pupils with SEND.
