Job Title: Payroll & Benefits Manager

Salary: £55,000pa

Location: Cambridgeshire (three times a week in office)

JGA Recruitment Group Ltd is partnering with a growing financial services firm to find a Payroll & Benefits Manager on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will have experience managing payrolls of 1000+, bonus scheme experience, and exposure to Benefits & Reward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading end-to-end payroll process
  • Ensuring documentation
  • Ownership of payroll software, making necessary changes and improvements
  • Managing Pension scheme
  • Coordinating annual compensation review process
  • Working on M&A integration actions
  • Staying up to date with payroll legislation
