Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and manage internal financing agreements
- Liaise with clients and advisors about contract progress
- Generate credit notes and oversee customer payment records
- Support general administrative duties, including mailing and filing
- Download and assess client contracts and documentation
- Create reports utilizing Excel
- Work collaboratively with the Accounts Receivable and Credit Control teams as necessary
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Exceptional organizational abilities with a knack for prioritizing tasks
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Familiarity with SAP or similar software
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
