Patient Administrator

Fusion People Ltd is seeking an experienced Patient Administrator to join their Bristol team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage patient data, ensuring accuracy and up-to-dateness by liaising with GP surgeries, clinics, and patients.
- Be the central point of contact for telephone queries from patients and clinic staff, resolving or escalating issues as necessary.
- Ensure operational and clinical governance protocols are maintained, and healthcare and risk management standards are met.
- Coordinate daily changes to clinic schedules, ensuring clinics and theatres are fully utilized.
- Manage the setup of clinic diaries, book patient appointments, and ensure timely completion of clinical correspondence.
- Act as the central point of contact for telephone enquiries from patients and clinic staff, resolving or escalating issues as necessary.
- Deal with enquiries from GP's and other clinicians who require examination/clinic letter reports.
- Action clinic cancellations accordingly, reinstating clinics as necessary and re-booking patients in a timely manner.
- Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly clinic schedules, managing capacity and demand to achieve target utilization.
- Promptly escalate any unresolved or complex patient or client-related issues to the Deputy Patient Admin Lead.
- Support the Deputy Patient Admin Lead in ensuring month-end clean-up procedures are completed.
