Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line remote and in-person IT support for End User Compute environment, software distribution, and software packaging.
  • Learn how to document existing IT solutions and processes.
  • Identify improvements to existing IT solutions and processes.
  • Incident, Service Request & Asset management.
  • On-site support and touch labour for other ICT related services.
  • Implement and support solutions for the End User Compute environment, including services such as M365, SCCM, Intune, and WuFB.
  • Undertake computer system planning and design in conjunction with the ICT partners.
  • Monitor and analyze computer system performance and capacity, and provide recommendations for improving the computing infrastructure.

This role would suit someone who is passionate about ICT and IT solutions. Someone who is motivated to pursue a career within this technical field.

We don't require individuals with experience as we will provide full training in all aspects of the role to ensure safe working practices are met.

Must be over the age of 18 by January 2025.

This apprenticeship is typically 18 months in duration.

The qualification you gain will be a Level 3 IT Solution Technician.

Our chosen training provider Bragd will support you in obtaining your qualification.

You will work in an Agile model from both our office environment and remotely from home.
