Simon Acres Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Executive to join their team.

In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, drive branch sales, and contribute to gross profit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work effectively as part of a team, promoting the company's vision, values, and aspirations.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to optimise sales and customer service.
  • Use initiative to identify and resolve customer/product problems or issues.
  • Proactively identify new sales opportunities to assist in maximising sales and margin.
  • Ensure company policies regarding computer systems, procedures, and administration are followed.
  • Liaise with suppliers' representatives as necessary.
  • Develop personal product knowledge to enhance service to customers.
  • Share information about customers and projects with fellow staff to identify sales opportunities.
  • Actively safeguard against theft of company goods or property.
  • Take a proactive approach to ensuring the health and safety of staff and customers.
  • Perform any other reasonable duty as may be required by the company.
Specific Experience & Skills Required:
  • Minimum GCSE's grade C or above in Maths & English or equivalent.
  • Experience of working with/selling building products for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Good product knowledge is essential.
