Simon Acres Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Executive to join their team.
In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, drive branch sales, and contribute to gross profit.
Key Responsibilities:- Work effectively as part of a team, promoting the company's vision, values, and aspirations.
- Build strong relationships with customers to optimise sales and customer service.
- Use initiative to identify and resolve customer/product problems or issues.
- Proactively identify new sales opportunities to assist in maximising sales and margin.
- Ensure company policies regarding computer systems, procedures, and administration are followed.
- Liaise with suppliers' representatives as necessary.
- Develop personal product knowledge to enhance service to customers.
- Share information about customers and projects with fellow staff to identify sales opportunities.
- Actively safeguard against theft of company goods or property.
- Take a proactive approach to ensuring the health and safety of staff and customers.
- Perform any other reasonable duty as may be required by the company.
- Minimum GCSE's grade C or above in Maths & English or equivalent.
- Experience of working with/selling building products for a minimum of 2 years.
- Good product knowledge is essential.
