Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the theatre, including budget management and clinical governance.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to the multi-disciplinary team, ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Developing and implementing protocols and guidelines to enhance patient care.

  • Proven experience in supervising clinical areas, including staff management and resource allocation.
  • Demonstrated ability in staff development and conducting performance appraisals.
  • Experience in clinical supervision and adherence to best practices.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
