About the Role

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit a proactive HR Advisor to join their established People Team. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to be part of an exciting transformation journey in a diverse working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with the management team to support them on all employee relations matters
  • Collaborate with managers and leaders, using your communication and influencing skills to drive HR strategy forward
  • Support the development of impactful HR initiatives, leveraging your vast generalist HR experience to deliver exceptional employee experiences
  • Lead the redefinition of people processes across the employment lifecycle, ensuring fantastic employee experiences and data accuracy
  • Manage multiple priorities with exceptional organisational and time management abilities
Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and previous experience handling ER cases
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach, with a curious and credible nature and an eye for detail
  • Proficient in using HRIS systems and strong IT skills, with a continuous improvement mindset and strong organisational skills
