Job Title: Administrator

About the Role:

The Cambian Group, a leading provider of specialist services in education, mental health rehabilitation, and learning disabilities, is seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join their team as an Administrator.

Job Summary:

The Administrator will provide administrative support to the Registered Manager and Care Managers, focusing on the administrative function of the Care Team. This includes quality assurance, scheduling training, roster management, and contributing to Student Care Plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Care Team, including scheduling training and roster management
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Student Care Plans
  • Assist with the referral, administration, progress, and transfer of students
  • Manage personnel information and processes, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements

Requirements:

  • Strong Word and Excel skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • A team player with a motivated, proactive, and adaptable approach
  • Ability to prioritize multiple workloads and meet deadlines

Working Hours and Benefits:

The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 6 weeks paid holiday per year. The role requires an enhanced DBS check and reference checks.
