We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Skills Educator to join our Adult Curriculum (ACADS) department at DN Colleges Group.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Development: Contribute to the design and delivery of high-quality Digital Skills programmes, ensuring they meet the needs of adult learners.
  • Teaching and Tutoring: Deliver engaging and effective lessons, providing academic guidance and support to students as a Programme Tutor.
  • Curriculum Content Development: Collaborate with colleagues to develop and maintain teaching materials, ensuring they are relevant and up-to-date.

Assessment and Progress Monitoring:

  • Progress Tracking: Implement efficient methods to monitor student progress, using data to inform teaching and learning strategies.
  • Record-Keeping: Accurately record and report on learner activity, ensuring compliance with internal quality assurance processes.
  • Quality Assurance: Analyze data to set targets and improve standards, contributing to the overall quality of Digital Skills programmes.

Administrative Duties:

  • Operational Efficiency: Effectively handle admissions, timetabling, and examinations, ensuring smooth programme delivery.
  • Quality Management: Manage student attendance and quality assurance processes, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Documentation: Maintain course quality files and internal quality assurance documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
