Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Speech and Language Therapist to lead our Communication and Dysphagia Services for Children and Young People with complex needs. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services and support the development of our staff.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team and contribute to the development of our services. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing highly specialist assessment, diagnosis, and intervention to Children and Young People with complex needs, dysphagia, and/or speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Supporting parents, school staff, and other professionals in all issues related to client management.
  • Liaising with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Contributing to the development of policies and procedures related to clinical care, evidence-based practice, care pathways, and outcome development.
  • Delivering training to staff and parents on communication and dysphagia-related topics.
