Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our salon. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of customer service, managing staff, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Excellence: Ensure the highest standards of customer service, creating lasting relationships with clients who trust and recommend us.
  • Implement Innovative Strategies: Develop and implement effective strategies to grow our client base and achieve our goal of becoming the most in-demand salon in the industry.
  • Manage Operations: Oversee appointments, client records, manage staff, and handle stock inventory with precision.
  • Innovate and Expand: Work closely with our founder, driving change and expansion while setting up new systems and policies.
  • Engage in Creating Social Media Content: Develop and implement a social media strategy to showcase our daily work and salon ambiance to attract and retain clients.

Requirements

  • Excellent People Management and Sales Skills: Proven ability to manage and motivate staff, as well as develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Innovative and Creative Mindset: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proven ability to work independently and make decisions that drive business success.
