Salon Manager Job Description

RUSH Hair & Beauty is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Kingston salon. As a Salon Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the success of our salon.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of hair stylists, receptionists, and other salon staff.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all clients.
  • Monitor and achieve salon targets and budgets.
  • Create staff schedules.
  • Recruit, train, and develop salon staff with the support of the head office team.
  • Maintain an organized and clean salon environment.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues with the support of our Customer Success Manager.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a salon manager or in a similar leadership role within the hair and beauty industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner.
  • Knowledge of salon operational procedures and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for the hair and beauty industry.
  • Must be a team player and have a positive and professional attitude.
