Position Overview:

An exciting opportunity has emerged for several permanent Domestic Assistants to join our team at University Hospital Crosshouse.

Working Hours:

  • Post 1: Monday to Friday, 5pm to 9pm (19.8 hours per week)

  • Post 3: Monday to Friday, 5pm to 8pm (14.9 hours per week)

  • Post 6: Saturday & Sunday, 2pm to 5pm (6 hours per week)

Role Responsibilities:

As a member of the Domestic Services Department, you will perform a range of cleaning and housekeeping tasks. Flexibility in your work area is essential.

Qualifications and Skills:

While experience with industrial cleaning equipment or in a healthcare environment is beneficial, it is not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided. Essential skills include the ability to work independently and collaboratively, as well as strong communication abilities.

Applicants should be physically capable, recognize the significance of cleanliness in a healthcare setting, and be adaptable regarding the areas of work within the organization.
