About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end campaign management, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting. This will involve working closely with our Growth Director and Brand Director to develop campaign programming strategies, including implementation of testing, audience strategy, and measurement plans for paid channels and biddable retail media.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end campaign management across planning, execution, optimization, and reporting, ensuring the ongoing success of campaigns.
  • Support in creating frameworks to outline campaign objectives, media channels, and KPIs.
  • Lead briefings for creative, media, and marketing agencies alongside the Brand Director and Growth Director.
  • Design and communicate processes and ways of working with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of ME+EM brand campaigns.
  • Ensure projects meet kick-off and go-live deadlines, in line with production goals, and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Conduct holistic post-campaign analysis, working with external agencies and internal channels specialists, and put forward strategic recommendations on how to drive better campaign effectiveness in the future.
  • Support top-line revenue growth by consolidating recommendations on tactical media plans for ME+EM, working closely with external agencies and the Growth Director and Brand Director.
  • Support in improving operational processes and ways of working between Creative, Brand, and Marketing teams.
  • Collate all department roadmaps, working closely with owners to prioritize, scope, and deliver key projects.
  • Support channel leaders to launch new marketing channels, including developing test plans, organizing resources, designing measurement frameworks, and writing business cases.
  • Support in the production of presentations for key meetings and strategic documents.
  • Collaborate with Analytics Manager to ensure our Data Stack supports the needs of the Marketing Department, including writing briefs for analyses and dashboards.
  • Lead special projects with key stakeholders, e.g., VIP programs, customer research, etc.
Requirements
  • Experience in working with external agencies on brand campaigns and activations, with the ability to negotiate contracts, act as the main point of contact, and build strong relationships with them.
  • Proven knowledge of ad servers and web analytics tools.
  • Ability to work comfortably and collaboratively within a team environment, with autonomy and proactiveness to lead own projects and influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Some fashion sensibility or brand/client-facing experience.
  • Other key skills: strategic and critical thinking, attention to detail, organizational skills, stakeholder management, communication skills, and good with ambiguity.
