Job SummaryWe're seeking a seasoned data professional to lead our data, analytics, and AI initiatives. As Chief Data Analytics Officer, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive data strategy aligned with our business objectives.
- Overseeing data warehouse management, data quality management, AI & intelligent automation, and data integration.
- Driving advanced analytics initiatives to support data-driven insights across the organization.
- Fostering a culture of data literacy and ownership throughout the bank.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of data initiatives with business goals.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in data quality, analytics, and AI.
- Managing and developing a high-performance team of data, analytics, and AI professionals.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, business administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in data management, analytics, and AI, with a proven track record of delivering successful solutions.
- In-depth experience and working knowledge of data management, data quality management, AI (both ML and automation), and advanced analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change and foster a data-driven mindset.
- Experience with relevant tools and technologies, including data warehousing solutions, AI platforms, and analytics tools.
