Employability Team Leader Job Description

Job Summary:

Ingeus is seeking an experienced Employability Team Leader to join our team in Tameside. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of Employment Coaches and Hub Guides to deliver exceptional results in line with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of Employment Coaches and Hub Guides to achieve high performance targets and exceed customer service standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, including regular coaching, performance observations, and caseload reviews.
  • Monitor and manage individual performance, addressing underperformance promptly and providing support for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Business Manager to ensure operational budgeted targets and sustainability rates are met for each office.
  • Provide regular reporting of performance to Ingeus Group requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership and coaching experience, with a track record of achieving high performance targets.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a performance-driven environment, with a focus on customer service excellence.
