Employability Team Leader Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Employability Team Leader to join our team at our Tameside office. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the Business Manager in leading, developing, and retaining high-quality Employment Coaches and Hub Guides.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Business Manager in leading and developing a high-performing team of Employment Coaches and Hub Guides.
  • Ensure that advisors in each office are exceeding their minimum performance targets and provide coaching and support to individuals to achieve their goals.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of individuals and respond quickly to address underperformance.
  • Support the Business Manager in ensuring the achievement of operational budgeted targets and sustainability rates for each office.
  • Provide regular reporting of performance for each office in accordance with Ingeus Group requirements.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and organisational skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve targets.
  • Experience of working in a performance-driven environment.
  • Experience of working in a busy, evolving environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
