Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team at ZipRecruiter. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing preventative maintenance plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of equipment and machinery
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address maintenance-related issues
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:

  • Time served apprenticeship, Level 3 qualified in an electrical discipline
  • PLC fault finding skills on Siemens S7; fault finding experience on other PLC systems will be considered
  • Electrical bias, 17th edition but not essential
