Job Title: National Account Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned National Account Manager to join our team at MacGregor Black. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic growth plans to boost product distribution across key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Fully manage your account portfolio, aiming to exceed Net Sales Value and Gross Margin KPIs.
- Category Expansion: Analyse performance data with the Category team to identify opportunities for category expansion.
- Marketing Strategies: Work with the Marketing team to create and implement shopper and trade marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and increase sales.
- Product Development: Identify market opportunities for new product development and collaborate with commercial colleagues to introduce innovative concepts.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years in a similar account management role or as a Junior NAM, with a proven growth mindset and achievements.
- Strong expertise in FMCG negotiations, structured selling, and managing buyer relationships, with the ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
- Exceptional skills in managing multiple stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication, and thriving in a small team environment with high responsibility.
