We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Facilities to join our team at Warner Hotels. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the hotel's grounds and surroundings are immaculate, while also maintaining the highest standards of hotel bedrooms for our guests.
About the Role
As Head of Facilities, you will work closely with our leaders to deliver exceptional results and drive financial success. You will be responsible for managing a multifaceted department, including maintenance and grounds facilities, and housekeeping services. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring our guests' needs and expectations are met and delivered every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a P&L and identify cost-saving measures
- Lead the maintenance and grounds facilities team and housekeeping services
- Ensure the hotel's entire maintenance needs are met
- Conduct regular Health/Safety and Fire Audits
- Manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements
