About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Account Handler to join our team at Gallagher. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing corporate clients, identifying opportunities for growth and retention.
  • Develop and implement tailored account management plans to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on insurance products and services, ensuring clients receive the best possible solutions.
  • Work closely with our account executives to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
  • Coordinate and manage the renewal process for corporate clients, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Manage and resolve any queries or issues raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Account Handler who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a strong understanding of the insurance industry and be able to provide expert advice and guidance to our clients.

Previous experience working with corporate clients, preferably in a similar role, is essential. You will also have a strong technical knowledge of insurance products and services, including property, casualty, motor, financial lines, and cyber insurance.

A Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualification or equivalent is desirable, as is a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
