Job Title: Production Team Leader
Job Summary:
Ornua Foods is seeking a Production Team Leader to join our Operations department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of production staff and ensuring the safe and efficient production of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of production staff to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations
- Monitor and control production costs to achieve budget targets
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards
