Midwife - Community Maternity Care

We are seeking an experienced midwife to join our team in providing high-quality maternity care to women and their families in the Coventry and Warwickshire area.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical assessment and management of patients, ensuring appropriate care is planned, implemented, and evaluated.
- Work collaboratively with the multi-professional team to deliver excellent patient care.
- Participate in community midwifery or hospital on-call rota.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge of the Child Protection strategy and its implementation.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment, adhering to Trust standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control.
- UK NMC registration or eligibility to register.
- Experience in community midwifery or hospital settings.
- Strong communication and clinical leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexibly within the community setting.
