Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Plumbing Systems & Underfloor Heating

Job Summary:

Mitchell Maguire is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager - Plumbing Systems & Underfloor Heating to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling a range of plumbing pipes & fittings, underfloor heating, pre-insulated pipework, district heating, and heat interface units to M&E contractors and independent & national merchants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell a manufactured range of plumbing pipes & fittings, underfloor heating, pre-insulated pipework, district heating, and heat interface units to M&E contractors and independent & national merchants.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with M&E contractors and merchants to drive sales growth.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and turnover targets of circa £350k.
  • Manage a sales territory covering the Midlands & East Anglia region.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Technical field sales experience with plumbing & heating contractors and merchants.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of commercial plumbing and heating products, including pipes & fittings, heat interface units, district heating, underfloor heating, and pre-insulated pipework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
