About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead our transformational change initiatives across the JD Group. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex programmes of work designed to deliver business benefit and drive growth across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead programme(s) of work to desired outcomes, working closely with senior stakeholders to design and deliver transformational change activity
  • Manage teams of Project Managers and Business Analysts on a matrix basis, ensuring programmes are adequately resourced to deliver on time and to the appropriate level of quality
  • Develop and maintain programme plans, manage change requests, and resolve programme-level risks and issues
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, Programme Directors, Project Managers, Business Analysts, operational teams, technology teams, and suppliers to implement our strategy and enhance our market-leading customer offering

Requirements:

  • Extensive programme and project management experience in large, complex business environments
  • Previous experience in omnichannel retail environments is highly advantageous
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, and warehousing transformational change is required
  • Experience in matrix environments with dynamic resource allocation
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and requirements
