Strallen is seeking a highly motivated EHSQ/ESG Pre-Sales Specialist to partner with our local Sales team to develop product-based solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Sales leads to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Define and develop EHS/ESG product-based solutions.
  • Create localized demos to showcase the EHSQ and ESG Platform.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demos to prospective customers.
  • Produce high-quality sales proposals and responses to RFPs.
  • Interface with the product and delivery teams.
Requirements:
  • Practical working experience either as a presales/implementation consultant for an EHS/ESG software vendor or an EHS/ESG specialist/manager for a large company.
  • Degree in business or IT-related discipline.
  • A minimum of three years software sales experience or in managing EHS/ESG strategy and processes in a large company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • Ability to demonstrate the business benefits of an EHS/ESG solution.
Personal Qualities:
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, who can maintain productive sales activity without being prompted to carry out tasks.
  • Affinity for technology combined with a passion for topics like H&S, sustainability, and environmental protection.
  • Ambitious, energetic, and structured.
  • Persistent, independent, and able to handle long sales processes.
  • Able to build and maintain networks of people and foster strong relationships with clients.

This role will involve moderate travel.
