About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development and management of all aspects of health and safety across Bernicia Group. Reporting to the Head of Health and Safety, you will undertake a full range of health and safety and related administrative duties.
About You
We are looking for someone who is passionate about health and safety and wants to make a real difference. You'll need:
- A NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety and relevant post NGC experience.
- An inquisitive and logical mind
- Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety legislation and a commitment to continuous professional development.
- A NEBOSH Construction Certificate would be advantageous.
- Experience in auditing construction sites, drafting and reviewing task risk assessments, undertaking CoSHH and HAVS risk assessments would be beneficial.
- Ideally, you will hold or be working towards your NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
- A full driving licence and use of a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
