About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Support Worker to join our Dermatology team at Wirral University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support to patients and staff in the Dermatology department
  • Assist in the delivery of high-quality patient care, adhering to Trust policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the development of services and ensure the effective and efficient use of resources
  • Manage and maintain equipment as appropriate within Trust guidelines
  • Participate in patient and public involvement activities
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 in a related subject or NVQ Level 2 with significant experience
  • Care Certificate or completion of Care Certificate in post
  • Completed clinical competencies for clinical tasks and procedures as appropriate
  • Experience working in a clinical environment
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience working in the NHS
