Job Summary

Copello Global is seeking an experienced Electronics Team Leader to join our Hardware Division. As a key member of our team, you will provide leadership and technical expertise on research, development, and production programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deliver high-quality electronic hardware in line with the hardware development process.
  • Ensure that electronic hardware meets customer requirements and complies with relevant government regulations.
  • Provide technical direction and ensure the correct architectural and design approaches are applied.
  • Lead a team of electronics engineers to achieve project goals and objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in high-speed digital designs, analogue circuit design, power supply design, and complex designs requiring multi-layer PCBs.
  • Strong leadership and technical expertise in electronics engineering.
  • Ability to work in a security-cleared environment and undergo the highest level of UK Security Clearance.
