About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Northern Healthcare. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live fulfilling and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with daily living tasks, such as cooking, appointments, and medication management.
  • Encourage and support residents to re-learn skills and tackle new ones in a safe and supportive environment.
  • Help residents to build meaningful relationships and a fulfilling career as a key member of our team.
  • Work collaboratively with other colleagues within the team to provide a comprehensive support network.
  • Maintain accurate records and report any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Ability to be a good team player.
  • Experience in mental health, learning disability, and/or challenging behaviors.
  • Evidence of working within a customer-centred environment.
