Solicitor - Corporate Law

We are seeking a talented Solicitor to join our Corporate team at Irwin Mitchell, a national law firm with a local reach. As a Solicitor in our Corporate team, you will advise clients on a wide range of Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity, and Venture Capital transactions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Advise clients on all aspects of Corporate law, including private M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions.
- Manage your own transactions with appropriate supervision, and provide assistance to Partners on more complex transactions.
- Work closely with colleagues on a local and national basis to deliver excellent client service.
- Develop your knowledge and expertise in Corporate law, and contribute to the growth of the team through business development initiatives.
About You
We are looking for a Solicitor who has a clear enthusiasm for Corporate law and a commitment to securing the best outcomes for our clients. Our ideal candidate will have:
- Qualified lawyer status, either via the traditional SRA route or CILEX.
- Demonstrable technical experience gained within a reputable Corporate team.
- The ability to work well with colleagues and clients on a local and national basis.
- Demonstrable experience running smaller transactions with limited supervision.
- The ability to assist across multiple transactions while maintaining attention to detail and a seamless service.
