Regional Solicitor - Employment Law Expert

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Solicitor to join our team at Sellick Partnership. As a Regional Solicitor, you will be responsible for conducting claims and litigation in the name of our client, a trade union based in Sussex. You will also represent individual members in tribunals and courts, requiring specialist legal knowledge or expertise.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Represent individual members of the union in tribunals and courts, internal hearings, and other procedures when required
* Represent individual members of the union at regulatory bodies
* Provide advice and support to colleagues on legal issues
* Contribute to the training of staff and members of the union on legal issues
* Contribute to the preparation of written documents and articles on legal issues affecting members

**Requirements**

* Qualified Solicitor, or equivalent, with a minimum of two years' post-qualification experience in employment law
* Ability and experience to contribute to and support delivery of training programmes
* Proven experience in handling employment law cases
