Job Title: Community Field Sales Executive

As a seasoned Field Sales Executive, you will excel in a dynamic, target-driven environment, where you will be responsible for generating customer appointments and prospecting to maximize sales. Your core responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prospecting and qualifying leads, planning, booking, and attending customer visits to drive sales growth.
  2. Strategic planning, forecasting, and pricing of major works, including price negotiations for repeat business.

Requirements:
  1. At least 2 years' experience in Field Sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  2. Experience within the Construction industry is desirable, but not essential.
  3. Outgoing, presentable, and able to build strong customer relationships.
  4. Goal-driven, with a sense of ownership and pride in performance.
  5. Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  6. Excellent written, oral, and communication skills.
  7. Computer literate.
