- Strategic planning, forecasting, and pricing of major works, including price negotiations for repeat business.
- Market analysis and strategic overview of current and ongoing market trends.
- Collaboration with internal departments and divisions to drive business success.
- Account management with new and existing clients to build strong relationships and drive sales.
- At least 2 years' experience in Field Sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Experience within the Construction industry is desirable, but not essential.
- Outgoing, presentable, and able to build strong customer relationships.
- Goal-driven, with a sense of ownership and pride in performance.
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written, oral, and communication skills.
- Computer literate.
