Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead and motivate a team in our welcoming Starbucks Store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the store when the Manager is not present, ensuring smooth operations, promoting sales, and increasing profitability. You will also be involved in making beverages, maintaining store cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and engage the team to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve customer complaints
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization
  • Participate in inventory management and ordering
  • Collaborate with the Manager to achieve business objectives
