Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Business Development Director to join our team at Rotork plc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning, market analysis, and partnership development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and expansion in key markets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, partnerships, and acquisitions
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, partners, and suppliers
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of driving business growth and development in a global or international context
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to drive cross-functional teams and build relationships with key stakeholders
