Senior Manager/Associate Director - Accountancy Practice

At Hunter Savage, we are seeking an experienced Senior Manager or Associate Director to join our Accountancy Practice team. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact within the practice, working closely with clients and delivering high-quality financial and audit services.

The Role:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing a mix of accounts preparation, audit, and advisory services.
  • Oversee the completion of audits and statutory accounts.
  • Lead and mentor junior members of the team, providing guidance and ensuring professional standards.
  • Collaborate with partners to enhance client service and explore business development opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and implement best practices within the practice.
The Person:
  • 5-6 years PQE in a Senior Manager/Associate Director role within an accountancy practice.
  • Strong experience in accounts preparation and audit.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • ACA/ACCA qualified with a commitment to continuing professional development.
  • Proven track record of building strong client relationships and delivering results.
