Pension Data Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Pension Data Specialist to join our team at WTW. As a key member of our pensions data solutions team, you will play a crucial role in delivering data services to our clients, including data and benefit audits, preparing data strategies and plans, and undertaking various pension rectifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver multiple projects to set deadlines, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize strong knowledge and experience of UK DB Pension arrangements, including auditing pension scheme data, cleansing pension scheme data, and data rectifications.
  • Develop and implement solutions to correct data or carry out pension scheme calculations, leveraging expertise in manual benefit calculations and processes.
  • Collaborate with clients and external third parties to develop close working relationships and deliver high-quality service.
  • Coach and mentor junior associates, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in delivering multiple projects to set deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of UK DB Pension arrangements.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Clear, concise, and confident communication of complex or technical issues.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, with a natural desire to coach and mentor junior associates.
  • Ability to think strategically and propose solutions, as well as identify risks and issues.
  • Experience of pension administration systems.
