Position: Principal Scientist - Protein Chemistry

Purpose of the Role:

  • Lead the Protein Chemistry division within the Research and Development team.
  • Concentrate on pioneering analytical techniques and method enhancement in Protein Characterization.
  • Work alongside project teams to advance technical capabilities.
  • Supervise scientific initiatives, project coordination, and technology integration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide scientific guidance and leadership.
  • Innovate and develop advanced methods for Protein Characterization.
  • Facilitate the adoption of new technologies within the organization.
  • Lead interdepartmental collaboration efforts.
  • Participate in external partnerships and knowledge exchange.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • PhD in Life Sciences or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in method development within the industry.
  • Proficiency in liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry, and protein analysis.
  • Research-oriented with a strong drive for innovation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering scientific solutions.
