About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Health Club Team at Belton Woods Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests, making health club bookings and supporting membership sales and enquiries.
  • Conduct daily checks and gym inductions for new members, as well as regular gym re-assessments as part of our health club retention strategy.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills, working under pressure and multi-tasking to meet the needs of our guests.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor level 2 qualification as a minimum, or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail

Belton Woods Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is a 4-star, 136-bedroom property located in Grantham, set in acres of woodland with a 36-hole golf complex. Our hotel offers a range of dining options, including the Modern restaurant, The Claret Jug, and the Stylish bar, as well as afternoon tea, private dining, and meetings and event spaces. Our leisure facilities include a gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and a relaxing Elemis spa.
