Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Innovation Manager to join our R&D team at Haleon. As a key member of our packaging innovation team, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and selecting new packaging building blocks to support our sustainable packaging goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a structured approach to scouting and evaluating emerging packaging technologies and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the connection to business clients and ensure shared priorities and efficient delivery of objectives.
  • Drive the formal integration of identified solutions into approved Technology Platform Roadmaps or Category/Business Unit innovation projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop and maintain a high-value funnel of emerging packaging technologies and solutions, balanced in terms of platform contribution, identified opportunities, and capacity to pre-develop.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in packaging innovation, with a strong understanding of packaging technologies, materials, and sustainability.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to operate with a high level of autonomy and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply digital search techniques and analytical tools.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and driving business outcomes.
