Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and manage and respond to calls from various clients with a professional and personalized approach.
  • Capture and log detailed caller information, including contact details and call purpose, for accurate follow-up.
  • Book and manage client appointments, ensuring availability and proper documentation.
  • Accurately input information from calls and appointments into relevant systems.
  • Perform tasks such as document management, filing, and record updates to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Engage with clients via live chat, providing prompt and clear responses, addressing queries, and escalating issues as needed.

Requirements:
