We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to advance to a senior role and oversee a multi-million-pound heritage renovation, restoration, and conservation project.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will work on a hybrid model, leading a large-scale heritage renovation project worth £5M - £50M, guiding and mentoring project managers, building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are met, and more.

The ideal candidate will be chartered with RICS, CIOB, RIBA, or MICE, and have experience in a consultancy environment. They should have a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects across various sectors, preferably heritage, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of project managers to deliver heritage renovation projects
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
