About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Theatre Nurse/ODP to join our team in the Recovery department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting our theatre team in delivering exceptional clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe and effective care to patients in the Recovery department
- Work collaboratively with the theatre team to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient use of resources
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills
Requirements
- NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions
- Recovery experience
- ALS qualification desirable but not essential
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
- Flexible and positive attitude
- Warm, considerate, and empathetic character
