Theatre Nurse/ODP - Recovery

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Theatre Nurse/ODP to join our team in the Recovery department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting our theatre team in delivering exceptional clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and effective care to patients in the Recovery department
  • Work collaboratively with the theatre team to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient use of resources
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills

Requirements

  • NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions
  • Recovery experience
  • ALS qualification desirable but not essential
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
  • Flexible and positive attitude
  • Warm, considerate, and empathetic character
