Position Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef to enhance our culinary offerings and support our mission of delivering exceptional dining experiences. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage food and supply costs through effective stock control.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial reports with actionable insights as directed by the Head Chef.

  • Conduct time and motion studies to identify efficiencies while maintaining culinary excellence.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and Food and Beverage Manager to align departmental goals with the overall business strategy.
  • Support the development of a versatile culinary team that can adapt to various demands.
  • Be present during peak service times to ensure high-quality culinary delivery.
  • Focus on personalizing service to meet customer needs.
