About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Doctor in Paediatrics to join our team at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Children's Services team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our young patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert clinical care to children and neonates, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Lead and support junior doctors and medical students, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with Trust and national guidelines.
  • Participate in audit and research activities, driving quality improvement and advancing the field of paediatrics.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver educational programs, promoting the growth and development of our staff.
  • Engage with patients and families, providing empathetic and compassionate care that meets their unique needs.
