Quality Assurance Specialist

OMNES Education, a leading private multidisciplinary higher education and research group, is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join its team in London. As a key member of the education team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our academic programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee program monitoring, review, and evaluation, including coordinating external examiners.
- Provide internal and external compliance guidance to academic and professional staff on regulatory matters.
- Pro-actively suggest, develop, and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure alignment with national and OMNES Education Group standards.
- Facilitate staff training and development on quality assurance processes and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an academic quality assurance role in an English HEI.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English).
- B1 level of French.
